HOW TO CREATE MORE LOVE IN YOUR LIFE

+ 3 IMPORTANT AREAS THAT NEED SOME MAJOR LOVIN'

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! I hope you surround yourself with ALL lovely things today!

Whether you are a lover or hater of VDAY, I think we could all use a bit more love in our lives! Today I'm going to teach you how you can create more love in 3 important areas of your life: your relationships, your business/career and your finances.

RELATIONSHIPS

Creating more love in your relationships doesn't have to be a mystery. If you want to receive more love in your relationships, give more love. The more you give, the more you'll receive. It's really that simple.

This applies to friends, family and coworkers, not just your romantic partner.

What can you do today to give more love to the special people in your life? And how can you continue to show them the love every day of the year, not just on Valentine's Day?

Choose 3 important people in your life and commit to going out of your way to express your love to them each day this week.

A great way you can show more love toward your romantic partner is to understand their love language. There's an amazing book by Gary Chapman called the 5 Love Languages.

Each of us have a primary love language that determines how we receive love best. We usually use this same language to express our love to our partner. However, if your partner's love language is different from yours, they may not feel that love so much. It's important to understand how both you, and your partner receive love, so you can each give love effectively.

This is a GREAT book and if you want to understand your love language more I HIGHLY recommend it. Treat yourself to a little VDAY gift!

BUSINESS/CAREER

Create more love for your business or career by expressing gratitude for what you have and the progress you've made.

It's too easy to get caught up in the "am I there yet" syndrome. This will keep you chasing the next big thing, and you forget to be grateful for what you have and how far you've come.

Don't get me wrong, I love an ambitious attitude and totally believe you should continue to set the bar high. BUT, enjoy the journey, be proud of where you are in this moment, and all that you've accomplished.

If you find it extremely difficult to express gratitude for your business or career, and find that you are constantly resisting your work, it might be time to check in with yourself. Is this job truly making you happy? Do you feel connected with your work? Do you wake up excited for your day?

If the answer is no, and you're constantly dreading your work, it's probably time to move on to bigger + better. Don't let this stress you out. Show gratitude for this massive realization and get excited about the next chapter!

FINANCES

LOVE YOUR MONEY! Money doesn't need to be something you feel icky about! Create more financial love by showing so much love to the money you have!

The more you respect money and treat it with love, affection and kindness (just like you would in a relationship), the more you'll get in return.

However, the more you take advantage of money, spend it stupidly, and avoid your relationship with it, the less you'll see coming your way.

Even if you're not in the current financial situation you'd like to be, release any guilt or shame around it. Instead, choose to feel good about your money, choose to love it, and know that money is on it's way to you.

Here's one of my favourite money affirmations that I learned from Amanda Frances: MONEY COMES QUICKLY AND EASILY TO ME.

Repeat this affirmation multiple times a day. Really try to believe it + feel it when you are saying it. Expect money miracles to happen, and you'll have so much abundance flowing your way!

I hope these tips helped you and you'll apply them so you can create SO MUCH LOVE in multiple areas of your life!

You are so worthy of love and deserve to have a life that's completely full of it!

Love + abundance, babe!
