My freedom hack of the week is dry brushing!! You can do this daily before your shower and you want to start at your feet and brush up, in the direction of your heart. It’s exfoliating, gets rid of all the dead skin cells, especially when its winter and our skin is dry AF. It’s also really good for your lymphatic system and promotes lymphatic drainage, and its good for your nervous system and can even give you a little boost! Mine is this one from Saje and I love it!
