ONE MAJOR THING THAT'S STOPPING YOU FROM HAVING THE LIFE YOU DESIRE

GET CLEAR ON YOUR VISION + FINALLY START LIVING YOUR DREAM LIFE

Are you getting a little sick + tired of feeling like you’re making absolutely no progress with your life? In fact, do you ever feel like sometimes you may even be back tracking?

It’s very common to feel this way, and it usually boils down to one thing.

You are lacking vision.

Seriously GF, if you don't know WHERE you’re going, how will you ever get there?!

WHAT DO YOU WANT YOUR LIFE TO LOOK LIKE?

Have you ever really, and I mean down to FINE detail, without any hesitations, visualized what you want your life to look like?

You might know that you want a nice car, a big house, and the luxury to travel multiple times a year, but what would that actually look and feel like?

What is the make, model and colour of your car? Does your big house have 6 bedrooms, a big backyard, and an outdoor pool? How many times a year will you jet set? What income are you bringing in monthly? What clients are you working with? What does your ideal day look like?

What does success look and feel like to you?

3 TIPS FOR CREATING A KICK-ASS VISION

It’s simply not enough to just think about all of this. You have to visualize + feel it to the point where it feels real, like you already have it.

ONE: THINK BIG

When it comes to the vision you have for your life, think big and don’t hold anything back.

It’s easy to get caught up in the HOW, or start asking yourself if your dreams are realistic, but I encourage you to create your vision without any hesitation, like anything is possible for you (because it is, duh!).

Oprah says it best, “create the highest, grandest vision for your life, because you become what you believe.”

SO MUCH YES!!

TWO: WRITE IT OUT

Writing out your vision is SO powerful. It allows you to get all your thoughts on paper, and sends a much stronger message to the Universe than simply just “thinking” about the things you want in life.

When you write out your vision it is important to write it in the present tense, as if you have already achieved whatever it is you’re after.

For example, if you’re writing out your one year vision, you might start it off like this:

“I am so grateful that today, November 22, 2017, I have a thriving online business, and have quit my full-time job. I am working with my dream clients and have over $10,000 rolling into my bank account each month.”

THREE: SHORT TERM VS. LONG TERM

It’s great to have both a short term and long term vision.

Create a short term vision of what you want your life to look like 6 months - 1 year from now.

WRITE IT OUT + READ IT EVERY DAY!!! Once you know your vision like the back of your hand, you will attract it that much faster.

It is also a great idea to create a long-term vision. Often what we want our life to look like 5 or 10 years from now, is a lot different than in one year.

Maybe in 5 years you want to be married with kids, and retire your husband from his full-time job because your business is so successful that it gives you that option.

Once you feel confident about your short-term vision, think about your long-term vision and write that out too.

THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN CRAFTING YOUR VISION

To get you started on your vision, here are a list of things you might want to think about:

+ your monthly/annual income

+ the people you work with, or are helping

+ what your business looks like and what you’re currently working on

+ what your lifestyle looks like

+ what your ideal day looks like

+ the car you’re driving

+ where you live

+ your daily practice (yoga, meditation, PD work, journaling)

+ the goals you’ve accomplished

+ the people you’re surrounded by

+ the trips you’ve taken, or are about to take

It’s actually a lot of fun to create your vision. When you write yours out remember to THINK BIG, and have fun with it!! Your life is completely up to you, so design it without ANY boundaries!

Curl up on the couch tonight with a cozy blanket, your favourite wine, and start creating!

love + abundance,
